We want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware; if our hairpin legs or furniture components don't fit your project, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Hardware
Carefully wrap each leg or component in its original protective sleeve to prevent scratches during transit and place them securely in the original shipping box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
